We celebrated our offer ceremony!!
On October 1, 2025 (Wednesday), we held our offer ceremony at GogoJungle Inc. This year, four individuals (including one who joined online) received offers. All of our employees attended the ceremony, witnessing together the entire occasion—from the greeting by our President and CEO, Mr. Hayakawa, to the presentation of the offer certificates. During the ceremony, each new hire introduced themselves and shared their goals and aspirations. Their sincerity and enthusiasm left a strong impression, filling all of us with great expectations and a sense of reassurance about the future. After the ceremony, we held a dinner gathering with our executives, directors, HR team, and the four new hires (one of whom joined online), making a total of 12 participants. It was a valuable opportunity to connect on a deeper level, as we shared not only future aspirations but also personal interests and stories from everyday life. Since launching our new graduate recruitment program in 2023, we have welcomed new members each year. With the steady growth of our team, the scale of our company has been expanding, creating a broader field of opportunities and challenges. We are truly excited to continue growing together with the talented individuals who will be joining us.

We Held the Operational Improvement & Idea Awards Ceremony and Seminar
On August 29, 2025, we held our Business Improvement & Idea Awards Ceremony, along with a special seminar featuring our employees and an external guest lecturer. Business Improvement & Idea Awards Ceremony During the ceremony, as many as 67 business improvement ideas were submitted between May and July. From among them, the top three outstanding contributors were recognized and presented with incentives. All of the ideas were excellent and directly contribute to improving our operations. We believe that the continuous generation of ideas will further enhance efficiency and enable us to provide even better services to our customers. Seminar At GogoJungle, we regularly invite guest speakers to hold seminars. This time, we had the pleasure of welcoming two speakers: our employee, Mr. Tejima, and an external lecturer, Mr. Hayakawa. In this seminar, Mr. Tejima spoke on the theme of “What is a 1-on-1 Meeting?” He clearly explained the benefits of conducting such meetings as well as practical approaches to implementing them. One particularly notable point was that holding 1-on-1 meetings can help revitalize the organization as a whole and lead to the early identification and resolution of issues. I felt that the session becomes far more valuable when participants not only attend but also actively share their own thoughts and perspectives. Mr. Hayakawa, who originally worked part-time at GogoJungle, kindly joined us this time as a guest lecturer. In his session, he introduced healthcare and baseball apps developed by his own company, and also shared the story of his entrepreneurial journey, including both the challenges he faced and the successes he achieved along the way. Leveraging his baseball experience, he created truly innovative apps with ideas that no one else would have imagined, making the session highly engaging and insightful. In the future, these apps may even become available on our platform “Skijan.” Please stay tuned!

We Held a Directors’ Retreat in Seoul
On July 9, 2025, we held a retreat in Seoul that brought together directors from Japan and Vietnam. Our directors are like department heads, but we strive to minimize hierarchy in our organization. We operate the company with a flat structure of: Employee → Director → Executive A second-year employee who is about to be promoted to director also joined the retreat. At our company, promotions come quickly if you have the motivation and ability, regardless of age. It looks like someone may soon start a new company and become its president! By observing the city of Seoul and interacting with Korean locals, we felt inspired with new ideas that wouldn’t normally come to mind in everyday life. That was the impression we got. In our discussions, although our services aim for “Zero Poverty,” a proposal was made that we should more accurately aim for “Zero Absolute Poverty.” As for development, we reached a consensus to place AI-driven automation at the core of our strategy. Nearly 50% of our employees are engineers, and all development is done in-house. We aim to enhance all aspects of consulting, marketing, and back-office operations through AI. We usually hold these types of retreats or workshops — serious strategy meetings combined with team-building camps — about once each domestically and internationally.
