― First, please introduce yourself.

T: My name is T, and I joined GogoJungle as a new graduate in 2024. I belong to the Marketing & Direction Department, where I work on planning and executing marketing strategies, content creation, and data analysis on a daily basis.

― What kind of work do you do specifically?

T: Lately, I’ve been spending a lot of time writing articles, creating ad banners, and editing videos. Among these tasks, I particularly focus on researching what colors, words, and designs can capture users’ attention and contribute to sales. Since visual elements and word choices can significantly impact user reactions, I continuously experiment to find the most effective expressions.

― When do you find your marketing work most rewarding?

T: I feel the most fulfillment when my creations—banners, ads, YouTube content, or articles—perform well and contribute to sales. Additionally, since the Marketing & Direction Department frequently engages in brainstorming sessions, I feel highly motivated when my ideas are praised by my superiors or actually implemented. It gives me a sense that all my daily learning and efforts are paying off.

― What do you prioritize when working in marketing?

T: Daily input! I believe that the essence of our work in the Marketing & Direction Department is understanding human psychology and translating that into design, articles, videos, and campaigns. Since there is no single correct answer to human psychology, having multiple perspectives is crucial.

To achieve this, I make sure to absorb various sources of information, including advice from my superiors, internal feedback, books, newspaper articles, and case studies from other companies, and then process that knowledge in my own way.

― What are your future goals and challenges you want to take on?

T: My future goals are to further enhance my marketing skills and develop leadership abilities. First, I want to improve my ability to analyze data and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies more quickly and accurately, enabling me to build even more effective marketing plans. To achieve this, I plan to continuously learn about the latest marketing knowledge and tools.

Additionally, I aim to develop my leadership skills so that I can play a role in guiding my team and the company in the future. My supervisors are always proactive in acquiring new knowledge and taking initiative, and I aspire to follow in their footsteps.

T is constantly refining their marketing skills while exploring expressions that resonate with users. With a strong focus on learning and experimentation, it will be exciting to see what kind of results they achieve in the future.
