― First, please introduce yourself.
S: My name is S, and I joined the company as a new graduate in 2024. I currently work in the Life Consulting Department, where I focus on new client outreach through social media as well as providing care and support for existing clients.
― What kind of work do you do specifically?
S: I research potential sellers for GogoJungle and Skijan, while also advising registered sellers on sales methods and key points. Every day, I strive to boost sales.
― What do you particularly focus on in your work?
S: The Life Consulting Department frequently interacts directly with customers. That’s why I place great importance on using appropriate language, being considerate, and staying attentive to customers' needs.
― Do you have any memorable episodes with customers?
S: In my first year, a seller I worked with recognized my efforts and told me they would like to work with me directly in the future. That made me very happy.
― When did you feel that you had grown the most?
S: When I successfully explained our services to new and existing clients on my own, without relying on my supervisor. At that moment, I felt that I had truly developed my customer service skills.
― What are your future goals and challenges you want to take on?
S: I aim to further enhance my consulting skills and quickly identify trends within the platform so that I can deliver valuable insights to our sellers. By doing so, I hope to boost their motivation and continuously explore better approaches.
― What do you think is the most attractive aspect of this company?
S: The smooth communication between supervisors and different departments. When I first joined as a new graduate, I knew very little, but the supportive environment made it easy to ask questions, which helped me a lot.
― Do you have any advice for future employees?
S: Even if you have no prior experience and feel uncertain, GogoJungle provides an environment where you can learn while working. It's a continuous cycle of input and output, offering new challenges and experiences. So, I encourage you to join without hesitation.
