We have welcomed nine new graduate employees in 2024, who are currently undergoing training. Despite being in the training phase, all of them, including those scheduled to join the engineering, general affairs, and accounting teams, are actively engaged in consulting with sellers and developing new business opportunities. This has brought a vibrant energy to our company.

Business development is conducted in Japanese, English, Thai, and Vietnamese, making phone calls and web meetings a lively and multilingual experience.
