Our department primarily handles “creating a positive environment and supporting people across the company” and “managing the company’s finances and supporting numerical operations.” As part of general affairs, we manage the internal work environment, handle contracts, and maintain company regulations. In accounting, we are responsible for daily bookkeeping, issuing and managing invoices and receipts, payroll calculation, and social insurance processing. We also take on HR and labor-related tasks, broadly supporting overall company operations.

③ [Highlights] What strategies do you use in your work, and what moments give you a sense of fulfillment?

A strategy I use is creating a to-do list. This helps me quickly prioritize tasks and complete them as efficiently and carefully as possible. General affairs and accounting involve many detailed daily tasks, urgent requests, and recurring monthly responsibilities. Therefore, prioritizing tasks effectively is key to smoothly managing the workload.

The moments I feel most fulfilled are when I receive words of gratitude. Even a simple “thank you” makes me feel strongly that the work I do is meaningful and worthwhile.

④ [Personal Comment] Please share a moment that made you feel “glad to be in this job” or an especially memorable experience.

A memorable experience was during my work in HR handling new graduate recruitment. I had the opportunity to talk with many students with ideas and perspectives different from my own. Their challenges and experiences were inspiring and left a strong impression.

Being able to interact with so many students is also a unique and rewarding aspect of this department.

⑤ [Summary] What value do you think your department provides to the company?

As a department supporting the foundation of the company, we strive to create an environment where employees can work comfortably. We also provide general advice based on the company’s financial situation, aiming to guide the company toward a better direction.
