① Introduction: What role does your department play?
Our department utilizes social media to attract new customers and engage with existing members. We provide support by addressing the concerns and challenges of regular members, and in the case of sellers, we conduct interviews regarding their development progress.
② Daily Schedule: From arrival to departure
10:00 Arrive at the office, check emails, and manage social media
11:00 Join morning meeting and share updates
12:00 Reach out to new prospects via social media
13:00–14:00 Lunch break
15:00–18:00 Customer outreach and support
18:00–19:00 Submit work reports and complete daily log

③ Key Points: What do you focus on in your work, and when do you feel the most fulfilled?
Since this is a consulting role, strong communication and writing skills are essential. I continuously refine my conversation techniques and compare them with the shared team templates to make improvements. I feel the greatest sense of fulfillment when a customer expresses gratitude or when I succeed in acquiring new members.
④ Personal Comment: A memorable moment or when you felt glad to be in this role
One of the most rewarding aspects of this job is the opportunity to directly speak with people from diverse backgrounds when arranging appointments. Recently, I had the chance to meet with a fortune-teller who even gave me a reading during our meeting—it was a unique and enjoyable experience.

By staying closest to our customers, we are able to address their challenges and build trusting relationships. Through these efforts, I believe our department contributes to the company’s sustainable growth.
