While training the 9 new employees who joined in April 2024 and handling regular tasks, I had not been able to visit VIETNAM for a while, but I finally had the chance to go again after a long time.

Although we frequently communicate via web meetings, meeting in person really helps to shorten the distance.

When I returned to Japan, some of the engineers here mentioned that the CEO in Vietnam seemed much brighter.

As we move forward, we will be expanding our company across Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and Africa, so I want to continue progressing without forgetting the importance of meeting and talking in person during those times as well.

Starting with myself, many people in our company will be traveling for business, and some will even work locally as CEO, COO, or CFO alongside the local teams.

We aim to eliminate poverty and expand our business as we move forward.
