Here’s a report on the Job Offer Ceremony held on October 1, 2024~

I’m here to share the experience report from our recent Job Offer Ceremony held at our company!

On the day of the event, we were busy preparing to welcome the new graduates from early in the morning. After a short break at noon, I was surprised to see that it was already time for the ceremony to begin! :)

3:00 PM – President’s speech and greeting from the directors.

I’m sure the warm words from our president and executives left a lasting impression on the new graduates.

3:30 PM – Job Offer Certificate Presentation

President Hayakawa personally presented the Job Offer Certificates.

3:45 PM – Greeting from the new employees

Their greetings really made me feel the seriousness of the occasion!

4:00 PM – Photos and various explanations

We took photos with the senior employees and directors.

And of course, the important part after the ceremony – the dinner gathering!!

We went to the prestigious Chinese restaurant ‘Tōtenkō,’ located on the 5th floor, with a stunning view of Ueno’s Shinobazu Pond.

The beautiful view and delicious food were absolutely amazing.

This was my first meal with the new job offer recipients, and there were some unexpected discoveries. It looks like we’re going to be blessed with capable new employees this year!
